For the body and the mind.

Methylation runs 300 billion times a day and powers how you feel.

Energy Methylation drives energy production in your cells. More output, less afternoon crash.
Mood and focus Serotonin and dopamine are built with methyl groups. Steady chemistry, steady day.
Detox Your liver neutralizes toxins through methylation. The body cleans house while you sleep.
DNA repair Every cell division needs methyl groups. Accurate copies, healthy tissue.
Hormonal balance Excess hormones leave the body through methylation. That's how the balance maintains itself.
Immune defense Immune cells divide fast and demand methyl groups. Good methylation, fewer sick days.

One system. Six areas that depend on it.

Eight vitamins. Active forms.

Eight B-vitamins, the key ones in active forms. They work together: R-5-P activates, P-5-P synthesizes, methylcobalamin and 5-MTHF methylate.

The benefits build over time

  1. Week 1

    Fill in what's missing

As the gaps close, you'll notice steadier daily energy and a more balanced mood.

  2. Week 2

    Clarity comes back

Improved neurotransmitter function brings better focus, stronger motivation and steadier brain performance.

  3. Week 3

    Mental lift and resilience

Better emotional and physical stamina, less overwhelm, and a clearer, more engaged mind.

  4. Month 1

    Whole-body recalibration

Methylation cycles stabilize. The nervous system, cardiovascular function and your sleep-and-recovery rhythm start to sync up.

  5. Month 2 and beyond

    Long-term activation

Mood, cognition and cardiovascular function keep improving. Long-term folate intake settles methylation, detox and brain support into a rhythm.

I work the counter at a bank and by three in the afternoon I'd be counting the minutes to closing. I got these without much hope, having tried all sorts over the years. Second month now, and the last hour of the day no longer feels longer than all the rest put together.

I translate documents all day and by late afternoon my eyes would be reading while my head wasn't. It wasn't sudden, somewhere in the second month I noticed I still had it in me to work in the evening. I've reordered without a gap ever since and I'm on my fifth box.

Work in accounting and February is brutal, same story every year. Got through it this time without gritting my teeth every evening. These capsules were the only new thing, so I draw my own conclusions.

We're planning a second child and my gynaecologist told me to stay off ordinary folic acid. I started these three months ago, more for peace of mind than with any expectation. Turns out I'm steadier and a lot less worn out by the afternoon.

Firefighter here, and the shifts have wrecked my sleep for years. Two months of one capsule in the morning and I fall asleep quicker after a shift. I don't wake up destroyed, and that's plenty for me.

Every Sunday I fill my mum's pill box, and that got me reading the back of every packet. It's how I ended up on these myself. Second month in, and by evening I've got enough left to sit down with a book instead of nodding off in front of the telly.

Frequently asked questions

What makes this formula "advanced"?

Three things. 1) Fully active coenzyme forms — riboflavin-5′-phosphate (B2), pyridoxal-5′-phosphate (B6) and methyl-B12 arrive pre-converted, so they skip the liver activation steps many people struggle with. 2) Clinical-strength dosing — 150 mg pantothenic acid and 150 mg niacinamide match the ranges used in published studies.

3) Supporting methyl helpers — 50 mg choline, 50 mg inositol and 50 mg PABA maintain cell-membrane integrity and one-carbon metabolism — benefits most brands skip.

How should I time the dose?

Take one capsule with your first meal, so the water-soluble B vitamins absorb alongside the dietary fats and amino acids that help their uptake. On heavy-training or high-stress days, a second capsule at lunch keeps cofactor reserves topped up for afternoon cortisol peaks and evening recovery.

Can I combine it with L-Methylfolate⁺ and TMG⁺?

Absolutely. • Advanced B-Complex⁺ delivers activated B2 (FAD) and B6 (PLP) for methylenetetrahydrofolate reductase and cystathionine β-synthase — two critical enzymes of the folate cycle. • L-Methylfolate⁺ delivers methylfolate straight to the brain. • TMG⁺ provides three methyl groups via the liver's BHMT pathway. The trio covers every major methylation bottleneck from the gut to the CNS.

Why does my urine turn neon yellow?

Riboflavin (B2) is bright yellow-green. Whatever your tissues can't phosphorylate right away is cleared within a few hours, coloring the urine. The color is harmless — it's evidence of a water-soluble vitamin being cleared, not of lost absorption. Riboflavin saturates above ~27 mg, and we deliberately dosed 25 mg.

Is this formula vegan and allergen-free?

Yes — our B vitamins are fermented in glucose or plant media and encapsulated in plant-cellulose capsules. The product contains no gluten, soy, dairy, corn, fish, shellfish, nuts or GMOs. Every batch is ELISA-tested for allergen traces below 5 ppm.

How soon will I see results?

Blood markers (homocysteine, methylmalonic acid) often shift within 4–6 weeks. Beyond that, plenty of people report better morning energy and a smaller "afternoon crash" within 1–2 weeks as ATP synthesis speeds up. Hair, skin and nail improvements need a full keratin cycle — usually 8–12 weeks.

How is quality verified?

Raw materials arrive with a COA (Certificate of Analysis), and every manufactured batch is then third-party tested for: identity (HPLC), potency/content (UPLC), heavy metals (ICP-MS), microbial load (ISO 17025) and glyphosate (LC-MS/MS).
