2. What we sell

We sell food supplements online to consumers in Bulgaria and the European Union. Food supplements are foods, not medicines. They do not replace a varied diet.

4. Out-of-court dispute resolution

If you have complained to us and are not satisfied with our answer, you may refer the dispute to the General Conciliation Commission at the Commission for Consumer Protection, seated in Sofia, which covers Sofia city, Sofia region, Kyustendil and Pernik. The procedure is voluntary, free of charge for the parties, and concludes within 90 days with a conciliation proposal. Details and the application form: kzp.bg.

The European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025 by Regulation (EU) 2024/3228 and no longer accepts complaints. The list of approved dispute resolution bodies across the EU is published at consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu.

The text, images, graphics, logos, video and software on this website belong to Cellova Health Bulgaria or to its licensors and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. Copying, distributing or reusing them without our written consent is not permitted. Personal, non-commercial use is fine.

6. Liability

We keep the information on this site accurate and current. We are not liable for temporary technical faults or interruptions. This site links to third-party websites whose content and privacy practices are their own responsibility, not ours. If you tell us a link leads somewhere unlawful, we will remove it.

8. Governing law
