III. The products

5. (1) The Seller sells food supplements. Food supplements are foods, not medicinal products. They do not replace a varied diet or a healthy lifestyle.

(2) The characteristics, composition, recommended daily dose and warnings for each product are shown on its product page and on the pack label. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

(3) If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or have a medical condition, speak to a doctor or pharmacist before use. Keep the products out of reach of young children.

(4) Images on the site are illustrative. Packaging and labels may differ between batches. The composition and the statements on the pack you receive are what binds.

IV. How a contract is formed

6. (1) You select products, add them to the cart and complete the order, giving a delivery address and a payment method. Before you confirm, you see the total price including all taxes and the delivery cost.

(2) An order is an offer to conclude a contract. The contract is concluded when the Seller confirms the order by email.

(3) The Seller may decline an order if the product is unavailable, if the delivery details are clearly wrong or incomplete, or where misuse is suspected. In that case we tell you and refund any amounts paid.

(4) You can order as a guest, without creating an account.

(5) The contract is concluded in Bulgarian or English, depending on the site language you choose. The Seller keeps the contract and provides it to you in the confirmation email.

V. Prices and payment

7. (1) All prices on the site are in euro and include value added tax. They do not include delivery costs, which are added and shown at checkout.

(2) The Seller may change prices. A change applies only to contracts concluded after it is published on the site and does not affect orders already confirmed.

(3) Payment is made in advance by debit or credit card, by another method offered at checkout, or on delivery where cash on delivery is available.

(4) Where a price is obviously wrong in a way any reasonable customer would recognise as an error, the Seller may decline the order and refunds any amount paid.

VI. Delivery

8. (1) The Seller dispatches orders within 2 working days. Delivery times, methods and rates are set out in the Shipping policy, which forms part of these terms.

(2) If the Seller cannot perform the contract because the goods are unavailable, we tell you and refund any amounts paid within 14 days.

(3) Risk of loss or damage passes to you when you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, take physical possession of the goods.

VII. Right of withdrawal

9. (1) A Customer acting as a consumer has the right to withdraw from the distance contract, without giving a reason and without penalty, within 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, took physical possession of the goods, or of the last item where an order is delivered in parts.

(2) To exercise the right, tell the Seller by an unequivocal statement at info@cellovahealth.bg or at the address in clause 3. You may use the model withdrawal form under Annex 6 to the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act, but it is not obligatory. The deadline is met if the message is sent before the period expires.

(3) Send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after your notice. You bear the direct cost of the return.

(4) The Seller refunds all payments received, including the delivery cost, no later than 14 days after receiving your notice, using the same means of payment. Where you chose a delivery method more expensive than our cheapest standard option, we refund up to the cost of standard delivery. The Seller may withhold the refund until the goods are received back or you supply evidence of sending them.

(5) Under Article 57(5) of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods unsealed after delivery which cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons. Food supplements fall within that provision. The Seller voluntarily waives that exception within the commercial guarantee in clause 10.

VIII. Commercial guarantee — 60 days

10. The Seller gives a voluntary 60-day guarantee from receipt of the order, under which we refund the price paid for the product, including where the packaging has been opened or used up. The guarantee is free, applies to orders delivered in the territories the site serves, and is claimed in writing at info@cellovahealth.bg. It neither limits nor replaces your statutory rights under clauses 9 and 11.

IX. Conformity of the goods and claims

11. (1) The Seller is liable for any lack of conformity of the goods with the sales contract which exists at delivery and becomes apparent within two years of delivery, under the Bulgarian Act on the Supply of Digital Content and Digital Services and the Sale of Goods.

(2) Where goods are not in conformity, a consumer may require them to be brought into conformity, a proportionate price reduction, or termination of the contract, on the conditions set out in that Act.

(3) Claims are submitted at info@cellovahealth.bg or at the address in clause 3, with the order number, a description of the defect and your preferred remedy. The Seller keeps a register of claims and issues a document acknowledging each one.

(4) These rights are not affected by the commercial guarantee in clause 10.

X. Subscriptions

12. (1) Some products can be bought on subscription at a discount off the one-off price. You choose the delivery frequency at checkout.

(2) A subscription renews automatically at the chosen frequency until it is cancelled. Your payment method is held by the payment provider and charged automatically for each delivery. The Seller emails you before each renewal.

(3) You may pause a subscription, change its frequency or cancel it at any time, with no fee and no minimum number of deliveries, using the link in your confirmation email or by writing to info@cellovahealth.bg. Cancel at least 24 hours before the next renewal date.

(4) If the price of a subscription changes, the Seller tells you by email in advance and you may cancel before the new price is charged.

(5) Details are in the Subscription policy.

XI. Accounts

13. (1) You may create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for activity carried out through your account.

(2) The Seller will never ask you for your password. Do not respond to any such request and tell us about it.

(3) You may ask us to delete your account at any time at info@cellovahealth.bg.

XII. Marketing messages

14. The Seller sends the newsletter and marketing messages only with your express consent. You can unsubscribe with one click in any message or at info@cellovahealth.bg.

XIII. Intellectual property

15. The content of the site is protected by copyright and trade mark law and belongs to the Seller or its licensors. Reproducing or distributing it without written consent is not permitted.

XIV. Liability

16. (1) The Seller is not liable for harm caused by improper use of the products, by exceeding the recommended daily dose, or by use contrary to the warnings on the label.

(2) The Seller is not liable for temporary unavailability of the site due to maintenance, technical reasons or circumstances beyond its control.

(3) Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

XV. Personal data

17. The Seller processes personal data under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and the Privacy policy. Data is passed to the courier solely to deliver your order.

XVI. Complaints and disputes

18. (1) Send complaints to info@cellovahealth.bg. The Seller replies as quickly as possible.

(2) If our answer does not satisfy you, the dispute may be referred to the General Conciliation Commission at the Commission for Consumer Protection, seated in Sofia and covering Sofia city, Sofia region, Kyustendil and Pernik. The procedure is voluntary and free of charge for the parties. See kzp.bg.

(3) The European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025 by Regulation (EU) 2024/3228. The list of approved ADR bodies in the EU is at consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu.

XVII. Changes

19. The Seller may amend these terms. An amendment is published on the site with a new update date and applies only to contracts concluded after publication.

XVIII. Governing law

20. Matters not covered here are governed by Bulgarian law. Disputes are decided by the competent Bulgarian court unless a mandatory rule provides otherwise. A consumer resident in another EU country keeps the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of their own country.
